For some time now claimyourrights.eu hosted a forum to share information and discuss freeman-on-the-land in civil-law countries like in Europe. To make the information and documents more accesible we made this website. Here you will find a public-library per country and other information ready at hand. Please register for an account and you’ll be able to share information and documents that apply to your country and legal-system.
A quick introduction for all those new visitors
Probably many of you have seen the video’s by Robert Arthur: Menard, ?Bursting Bubbles? and ?The Magnificent Deception? (available at http://video.google.nl). In those video?s Robert explaines how to become a free-man under common-law, how that jurisdiction operates and how to avoid being caught in a maze of rules which people can barely understand.
The situation in Europe is slightly different. Most European countries are monarchies. These legal systems derive the power from God. The difficulty therefore is that we can?t reclaim our personal powers from the ones who claim to have power. We have to find another approach to come to the same goal which we all fight for: pure freedom. Living without government contraints, however keep respecting other people in our daily lives.
